What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then fall back to Starter. Your pose libraries, brushes, and drawings are yours and stay on your disk — we never delete your work.
Do I need to be online?
No. Pro and Studio carry a 30-day offline grace period, so ROM keeps working on set, on a plane, or behind a studio firewall.
Can I use one licence on two machines?
Yes. Pro includes two seats, and you can activate and deactivate them yourself from your account — a desktop and a laptop is the normal case.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no interrogation. Starter exists so you can try the workflow before paying anything at all.
Is there education pricing?
Students get Pro free with a valid .edu address. Universities can licence labs by seat — see the educator resources in the Academy.
